We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Is there any way to automatically enroll a newly registered customer into specific upcoming services, or does this all have to be done manually?

I have a Memberpress / Learndash / Wordpress site and I am offering two types of membership: (1) Free 7-Day Trial, and (2) Full Membership.  For the Free 7-Day Trial, I want to be able to automatically enroll the customer in a couple of educational sessions (Zoom) upcoming in the next 7-days.  For the Full Membership, I want to automatically enroll the customer in all upcoming (including recurring) services.

    How can I do this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello Chris Martin,

    Thank you for your purchase.

There isn't a possibility of automatically enrolling customers to services/events in Amelia unfortunately - customers can book appointments (service) on the front-end in the booking form, or appointments can be booked on the back-end (appointments can be manually created in the back-end). When someone books an appointment they are automatically created as customers in Amelia and can be created as WP users as well if the option Automatically create Amelia Customer user  in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles ssettings is enabled.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
