I'd like to ask if there is a possibility to upgrade from my basic plan to pro to take advtange of the packages of services feature.
On top of that, I have a question about booking across midnight. Could I create a service that stretches the booking time across midnight, eg. from 11pm to 2am of the next day.

We can do the upgrade for you on Paddle, our sales provider, manually and the amount will be automatically taken off from your account. The amount will be calculated as the difference between the licenses and the time you used the old license and it will be taken from the account you used for purchasing Amelia, the information is saved by Paddle. And regarding the 30% discount we have now, there isn't a possibility of including it in this calculation, so we would need to process a partial refund for this amount (30% of the calculated difference for the upgrade) for you after the upgrade is charged. So, please note that the upgrade charge is automatically done, and the refund process can take couple of days.
If you agree with this, please confirm and we will proceed with the upgrade.
Regarding across midnight bookings, there isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. Employees' work hours are set for a day (they can't go across days) so there isn't a possibility for appointments to go across days neither.

Regarding the across midnight bookings, yes I notice that this capability is missing, however this isn't due to the settings of employees' working hours. The employees could have multiple intervals as working hours, eg 00:00 - 04:00 & 20:00 - 24:00 in a day to reflect the shift of 20:00 - 04:00 (+1 day). I sincerely hope that TMS team could rid this limitation of disallowing booking across midnight to enable shifts span across 24:00.
