Hi,
Looks like the free/busy information in Amelia does not take into account 'busy' timeslots in Google Calendar when they are set as recurring.
Synchronisation of Amelia appointments to Google Calendar seems to be working fine.
Option "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" is selected.
Hello Christophe
Please make sure to select a bigger value for "Maximum number of events returned" in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar.
If you have more busy events in your Google Calendar, Amelia will take a look at the number that is defined in that setting, and block them from the connected employee's calendar.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
