When payment was received, order status and response id from woocommerce is not comming in

Thank you for your purchase.
This is WooCommerce's window, and is not related to Amelia in any way. Amelia sends the info from the appointment to WooCommerce, so once it gets to WooCommerce's Cart, and later Checkout - it's being handled by WooCommerce. Amelia is creating appointments if WooCommerce has "Pending", "Complete" or "On Hold" statuses. The appointment in Amelia is automatically created as "Approved", and it can't inherit the status from WooCommerce.
If your status is wrong in WooCommerce, you need to check which payment method was used, and if it's instant or not. If it's an instant payment, it should automatically be changed to "Complete".
