I hope that you are doing well!
I am contacting you regarding the reservation platform on “Amelia”.
I have had many demands form my clients regarding the possibility to select several appointments date/time in one go.
Let me explain : it is now possible to book a recurring appointment (for instance every Monday at 10am). But it is not possible to select several appointment (for example by clicking on Monday 10am + Tuesday 11:30 am) in on go. The client who wants to book these two (or more) different appointments needs to validate the first one, ans then process all over again to the second one (by adding again the name, address and phone number).
Is this option actually available (and I didn’t see it in the settings)?
If not, I guess that would be a vers good way to improve even more the client experience (from now, they are all very happy with it except for that part).

Something like this can only be done if, when your customers book a recurring appointment, they edit each recurring appointment, choosing a different date and time from the one that's offered in the list.
Another way is through the Packages feature, but unfortunately that feature is not available in the Basic license of the plugin. If you wish to upgrade your license, we can do that for you, and when our reseller charges you the pro-rated price difference, we would issue a 30% refund of what was charged.
