I'm trying to make sure that when a new user makes an appointment that he receives an access link to go directly to the customer panel page.
Currently he receives two emails, one from Amelia indicating his appointment and another from wordpress to create a password. This is quite confusing for the customer because then he has access to the wordpress back office which I don't want. He only has to be able to access the customer panel page where I put the shortcode. Is it possible to include in the email sent by Amelia a link to the customer panel page and that it connects him automatically? Or include the password in the email?
If you don't want your customers to have access to wp-admin, you need to go to Amelia settings/roles/customer and disable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user".
For users to be able to log into their customer panel from the email, you need to include %cusomer_panel_url% placeholder in the Appointment Approved, and/or Appointment Pending notification templates. Then, when they first click on that URL, they will create a password they will later use to log into the panel. If you don't want to use the password, a token will be sent through the URL, allowing them to log into the panel, but in this case, they will need to request access every time they visit the Customer Panel page.
The Amelia Manager has no panel, and doesn't have a role created in Amelia itself, it is a regular WordPress user that has capabilities to access Amelia's stuff in back-end, so this can't be applied to them.
Yes, the panel needs to have it's own page, using [ameliacustomerpanel] shortcode, and also the URL of the panel needs to be added to Settings/Roles/Customer.
The "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" refers to a WordPress user, for accessing the back-end. If you don't want your customers going into the back-end, you don't need to enable this.

Here is my settings page.
Hello Alexis
Thank you for your purchase.

Perfect thanks. Is it also possible to do the same for Amelia Manager or not ?
Not really, Alexis
The Amelia Manager has no panel, and doesn't have a role created in Amelia itself, it is a regular WordPress user that has capabilities to access Amelia's stuff in back-end, so this can't be applied to them.

Ok thanks.
does the panel need to be created on it's own page?
and for access to the panel, do I need to enable Automatically create Amelia Customer user or can they create their own login?
thanks
Hello Ursula
