Separating Events at the Frontend

Is it possible to separate multiple Events at the frontend?

    For example, I have:

    Event_1 in April

    Event_2 in June

For both Events there is a dedicated landing page on the website.

I would like to display the booking only for that specific event, so the other event will not be visible.

p.s. my purchase code is not working, so I will submit separate ticket now.

    Hi Milenko,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Yes it is possible. Depending which editor you use while setting up the page with shortcode, once you select Events shortcode you will see option "Preselect Booking Parameters", check it and new options will appear where you can select one specific Event.

Bellow is the picture of these options in Classic editor.

Thank you Isidora, for the fast reply.

On the Elementor, I don't see this option (image attached).

I can select the specific Event, but is it possible to select the Services or Categories?

    Hi Milenko,

In the attachment I can see the Preselect Booking Parameters option so you can select the specific Event that you want to show. As for the Services and Categories you can also select these but for those shortcodes that are made for booking appointments not events. If you change the shortcode you will see this option and once you select it you will see options to choose services or categories.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora,

    it is clear.

Are you planning the Services and Categories to be available for Events too?

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi Milenko,

Not for now, events doesn't have services and Events and Appointments are totally separated options in our plugin.

How would you use services and events, can you please explain?

    Best regards.

For example, spring, summer and winter tennis camps.

Spring camp has options: 1 day, 3 days and 7 days.

Summer camp has options per week: Week1, Week2, Week3...Week10.

Winter camp has option for Week1 and Week2.

Plus each camp would have an option for more locations with different pricing.

So, on the landing page for the Summer Camp, there will be only booking options for the  Week1, Week2, Week3...Week10 in one location and Week1, Week2, Week3...Week10 for another location.

    Hi Milenko,

For now you can only create all different events to try to setup this like you need or if you have our Pro license you can try using our packages. If you don't have our Pro version you can try Packages on our demo site here (Fitness and Beauty demos).

    Best regards.

    Hi Milenko,

Then try to setup this with our packages feature. More about this feature you can read here.

    Best regards.
