After installing Amelia I first saved all the data like employees, settings, services and I was able to select services frond the front side and add them to my woocommerce card.
I don't know how or what happend, but my services were gone from the back end.
Now I'm not able to make any new services because I can't select my employees in this new service.
So I deleted all my entered data and tried again and I also reinstalled the plugin, but without any result. Your help would be appreciated.
It can be that , if you tested booking or accessed the panels while logged in to the WordPress back-end as an admin, another role was added to your user - customer or employee - so you have now mixed permissions in Amelia. You can create a new WP user with an admin role and login in with it and see if then you will be able to create services properly. If you can, then please check in your customers list on the Amelia -> Customers page if there is a customer with your WP user's email address, if there is delete it and check if you can see and create services with that user afterwards. If this doesn't help , then you need to re-create your WP user or access your database, the wp_amelia_users table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database) and edit your user - delete any additional roles, leaving only the admin one.
Logging in with a different admin account did the job. Although the same thing happend to me again. Apparently it's something that happens quite easily.
Glad to see that the issue is gone, thank you for letting me know. It can happen if you book appointments or access the front-end panels while logged in to WP as an admin.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
