We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I'm trying to understand the package feature, what I'm looking for is following:

I have several single services, i.e. a Barber shop

    service 1: Haircut

    service 2: beard trim

then I also have optional extras to each service like

    service 1.1: washing hair

    service 1.2: extra 2

    Service 2.1: extra 1

    Service 2.2: extra 2

Each service and each extra has his own time it takes to do the service. What I'm looking for is that my client can book service 1 & 2 and adding some extras but doing this for one single appointment. So Amelia would have to calculate the time it takes for all the services and extras together and give a time slot do do it in a single appointment.

    how should I approach that?

    Hello Fatih

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it can't be done like that.

Extras are a part of Service 1, so when a service with an extra is added, that time will affect Service 2.

When you add these 2 services to a package, your customers need to book each service separately. So, when they book service 1+an extra; the available time will change for Service 2.

Amelia can't predict what the duration of Service 1 + extra, + Service 2 is, and automatically block that slot.

    Kind Regards,
