I've added a zoom integration, but I need to disable Zoom on a series of events I've set up. However the Integrations setting / Zoom check box isn't showing on event settings panel, How do I switch off the function?
So, I don't have the option to disable Zoom User as per your image? I've now completely deleted the integration in Settings, but it wasn't there before when I did have the Zoom function integrated?
Now another issue - I'm trying to add an employee, and it doesn't work. I tried with one email address, and it didn't create a new employee, then I tried again and it said the employee was already registered, but it isn't there. I then tried an other email address and assigned it as Amelia employee in WordPress users, but it still doesn't show up as employee in employees.
If you don't see the Zoom User field in events, you didn't configure Zoom integration.
As you can see from my screenshot, removing the Zoom user from an event doesn't remove the employee, which can be added as "Staff", so if you add an employee there, that employee will receive notifications.
I have to take a look at your website and see why you're not able to create new employees. Please tell me which email addresses you tried to use and please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Also, I've tried to click the help tab here, but it's blank and doesn't lead anywhere?... and it this won't let me attach screenshot...
Hello Liz
You simply need to un-select your employee from the Event Details tab:
When there's no user selected here, Events will not have a Zoom meeting created.
As for the attachments, if you're referring to the ticket, you were able to add a screenshot in your initial comment.

Hi, thanks for this.
If I disable the employee, who will get the notifications? There are different people who need to be notified for each event.
Thanks
Liz

This is what it looks like in configuration - it doesn't look like the pro version should?
