Does Amelia support UCS-2 with Twillio SMS? I have not yet tried with even a single sms, but I noticed this may be a potential problem if you guys have not yet care about that, if not, what I should do on my side? Otherwise, you just regardless of my ticket because my site is a Chinese site.

Hello Jeffrey
GSM messages are split into segments of 170 characters (160 if they exceed 170 characters), so messages are actually sent in segments. If you have anything other than GSM characters, messages will be changed and reduced to 70 characters per segment.
I believe this is what you're asking - UCS-2 is described as encoding standard which is used as a fallback on many GSM networks when a message cannot be encoded using GSM-7 or when a language requires more than 128 characters to be rendered.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
