We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have an event that occures about 22 times throughout the year. Same event, different dates. I do need to list all of the same event throughout the year so keep that in mind.
Thanks,
Ron
I need to know the most affective and efficient way of creating multiple occurrences of same event. Please give me an idea. A good page for you to look at is https://protectthehomefront.com/utah-concealed-firearm-permit/
I entered each of these events by hand and individually. Is there a more efficient manner. I also want to change an item (like course charge) once and have it apply over all of the same, but differently dated, events.
Thanks,
Ron
Hello Ron
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a duplicate function for events, so you have 3 options:
1. Create events manually, like you did.
2. Create recurring events, in which case the dates for events you currently have on your website cannot be honored. This is because recurring events can only recur weekly, monthly and yearly. We'll expand on this in the future, but for now this is the only way.
3. Create one event with all these dates in it, but this will not work for you, since in this case this is a single event, which will be held on 22 dates. People wouldn't be able to choose those dates, and they would book all of them with a single booking.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
