We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
On the front end events page which lists all the events that people can signup for. There's currently a way to sort by date.
Is there a way to sort by location of an event? We will be having multiple events in different states.
Hello Jeff
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can add these locations as tags, so people can filter per tag.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

How do I add tags and make them searchable?
Access your events, and add tags by typing them in the Tags field. When you're done with a tag, hit Enter. If you need to add another one, just keep typing:
If you add tags, the drop-down automatically shows up on front-end:
Don't be confused by "location1" and "location2", those are also custom tags.

Can we change the text 'Event Type' in the tags dropdown menu? And also, make the font color darker?
Hello Jeff
The plugin can be translated using POEDIT or Loco Translate easily. I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI.
So, you can simply look for "Event Type" and change it with Loco Translate, for example.
As for the color of the placeholder, that can't be changed easily.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
