Could you please tell me do you have the newest version of Amelia, 3.0?
I can't reproduce this issue on our testing website, so at first please make sure that you are accessing the panel while logged out from WP, you shouldn't access it while logged in to WP as an admin, so please check out the whole process with a new customer while logged out from WP or in an incognito mode and if you still have the same issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Ok, I think that helped. I had to delete all my tests and appointments. I might have created the customer while logged in which created the conflict. Once I deleted and added a new customer while logged out everything worked as it was supposed to.

Just a few function that I see are not working properly.
1. The reset password link only sends an access link with no option to reset password. I've tried a couple of browsers.
2. There is no delete profile button in the customer profile. I have already set this option to ON in the role settings.

Yes I have the 3.0 version.
