I've set the time zone settings in general of WP to my time zone. All the booking works great except for when a student logs in to change or review their bookings. The bookings are 7 hours behind the actual booking.
For example: Actual booking in my appoinments is 2PM. Booking in student login is 5AM.
Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regard to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
I've set the time zone in Wordpress to my Time Zone and I'm still in testing of this product. I tested the booking in my own time zone. Everything on the front end works great and in my employee panel. The time in the Customer portal is off at -5 hours.
I have done the proper settings as far as I can see because the booking date and time that I selected on the front end and the Appointment time in the admin are right. If there is no setting for the customer time then it is not inheriting my time zone properly in the customer admin. How can I fix this?
Thank you for letting us know the issue is resolved.
Make sure you're not booking anything from front-end while logged into your website. When you do that, capabilities of customers can interfere with capabilities of Admins, and things like this can happen.

Another attachment from settings.
This is now completed. It was because when I created the booking I must have been logged in to WP. It messed up all the times for me as a student.
Once I deleted all the data and made sure I was logged out everything was fine. Thank you!
