In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, is it possible to create a service per hour and allow someone to book how many hours they want?
We have football pitches that can be booked per hour.

There isn't a possibility to have dynamical duration for a service with Amelia's current features, unfortunately. You set the duration for the service when you create it , but you can check out the Extras option - you can create several extras for one service different duration, so when customers book the service they can choose one of the extras as well (and the appointment duration would be service duration + extra duration).
