Dear support,
I would like to use the option of the customer panel. However, I didn't like the standard email that is being sent to the users. Instead, I will be using another plugin (Notifications) to inform my users that they can set their password.
Unfortunately, I didn't find the option to turn off the email sent to a user when the automatic WP user is created. Now my clients are receiving two emails whic his confusing.
Any solution to this?
Hi Lien,
Not sure if it would help but have you taken a look at the plugin Manage Notification E-Mails?
It may help, just thought that I would mention it when I saw you incident come in. Although I am not support, just a user like you. Hope you get things sorted

Thank you for your input Mike.
However, the plugin I'm using (Notifications by Bracketspace) has similar functionality. I have disabled the sending of new registration emails. However, "Amelia Customers" continue to receive them.
Did you succeed in disabling these emails?
Thanks
Hello Lien
The email your customers receive from WordPress is generated by WordPress, and they are being sent after the user role is created. To disable those, you need to check WordPress settings, or deactivate the creation of Amelia Customer user role in Amelia Settings/Roles/Customers by deactivating "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" option.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
