Hello I am finally familiarizing myself with the Amelia plug in for my web site and had a couple of questions.

    1. I don’t see an option to to charge a client for last minute cancellations. Is there a way to do so?

    2. Once each employees hours are established, is there a way to add an appointment that is outside of the set hours ?  Sometimes employees may choose to see a client outside of set ours but the client won’t see the availability.  When adding appointments I cannot add anyone outside of the set hours but we would like that option.  Not for the customer to be able to do it just the employees

    3. How can I set reoccurring appointments instead of having to go though each month, day or week to do so. I don’t want to customer having an option to just the employee

hope this all makes sense. Looking forward to hearing from you

    Thank you

    Hello Melanie,

    1. There isn't a possibility of charging customers for cancellations in Amelia, unfortunately.

    2. It isn't possible to book appointments outside employees' work hours with Amelia's current features, unfortunately. The appointments booked in the back-end as well as on the front-end can be only in the employees' work hours. They can maybe achieve that by creating Special days - they are there to override the employees' work hours on chosen dates - but this will be the availabiltity for the employee on the front-end as well.

    3. You can check out how to setup recurring appointments in Amelia by following this link.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

Thank you for your response.  After learning  about these very important issues concerning booking, Amelia doesn’t offer what I need for my business.  I would like to know if I can cancel this for a refund please.

I don’t want customers being able to book their own recurring appointments on the front end, I do need to charge a last minute cancellation fee  because those happen and employees do sometimes book outside of their working hours and I want them to still have that ability without the client seeing it on the front end.  Please let me know what my options are.  Thank you

    You are welcome, Melanie.

I am sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your business.

In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).
