Pick specific day for an event

    Hi,

Is it possible for website visitors to pick one specific date for an event?

    Situation:

    1. I create an event with Amelia.
    2. I fill in 3 different dates for the event (Jan. 3 | 09:00 - 15:00, Feb 12  | 09:00 - 15:00, and March 17  | 09:00 - 15:00)
    3. I place the event on the website and what I want is that a website visitor can see these 3 options and pick 1 one the dates

What currently is happening is that the website visitor sees the 3 different dates, but the event widget doesn't let the visitor choose 1 of the 3 dates.

So I'd like to know what the possibilities are to make this happen. Should I work with something else than an Event within Amelia? The "Event" is actually a real-life course.

Or is Amelia not the right tool for this job? If it isn't, I would definitely appreciate a recommendation for another tool, because the search for the perfect tool isn't easy. I thought I did good research.. :')

    Cheers,
    Steven

I don't think I can delete this ticket, but I solved it with a work-around.

    Hello Steven,

Glad to see you managed to find a solution to your concern, thank you for letting us know.

When you create an event with several dates/times in Amelia, it is still counted as one event so customer book it as one event on the front-end and with that they are booking the whole event (all dates set). For your use case, you would need to create three separate events so customers can book only one of the dates, or check out if services can work better for your use case.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
