Hi, 

I've Elementor Plugins who can't load when i want to change a page, because of a problem in Amelia 

I've :

- Amelia 3.0 

- Elementor 3.0.15

- Elementor pro 3.0.9

It's the last version for all

Hi Jordan,

Do you know what version of PHP you are using. I had something like this before and changed the php version which resolved it. Are you able to access your wordpress site? if not then you may need to use ftp and rename the plugin directory of the elementor plugin, this will then allow you to access the site again and install the plugins again but care must be taken. Guess the main question for now is can you access your wordpress site?

Yes i can and it's version 7.1 and i need specifically this version. 
But this version is good. 
I don't understand what you say concerning what to do with the plugins, but i don't really like to play with ftp to resolve a problem, because the problem generally come back later when i do that

Astra pro is my thème and i've install it yesterday so it's the last version too. 

I've work a lot as an engineer in programming (c++, java, perls, etc ...). 

When i saw the stacktrace, it seems to only be between amelia and elementor or betwwen amelia and php

Perhaps a deprecated function in php n

AmeliaCatalogElementorWidget.php simply call a method of object Elementorarray_key_first() which doesn't exist and it's seem to be a function of elementor not from native php

It was only my thoughts as I have seen elementor plugin get corrupt in the past and using ftp to rename was the only way to resolve it for me and many others. But you are better waiting to see what the support guys say I guess if you are not happy trying out the possible ftp method.

Oh i didn't know that someone else than the support can reply and i think it was the support.  

I just realise that i put my ticket public. 

Thanks for your response. Until now i desactivate amelia when i want to work on my page but it's not very cool. 

No the ftp method doesn't fit me, because i prefer a stable product and after an update it can be the same pb so i prefer to wait. 

I really think it's a bug. Probably a call of a deprecated method or something like that. I think it's an amelia bug, but i've tried to ask Elementor support pro too. 

We'll see. Anyway thanks a lot for your time.

For sure your english is better than my french :-). I think it is good to have a public ticket as other users can see issues and in some cases help. Then you can also reply in private when required and within the pubic facing ticket, as it has a private section that you can see.

Sure other will come across this so lets hope it gets resolved soon

Thanks Mike. Yes, and all people don't edit page all day especially in holiday so i think a lot of people will have the problem soon when they will try again to edit.
