1. is it possible to make everything on one step page instead of having like multiple pages for the various steps.
2. For the "extra" services, is it possible to add an image to it as well? I want to add like 5-8 extra services with descriptions but I want a picture to also show so it looks nicer.
3. It asks for the customer to pick what employee they want to service. Is it possible to remove this?

Our application is created to be one-page steps, but the customers must follow the procedure in order to make a booking.

Unfortunately we do not have this option at the moment, it is not possible to add images for the extras right now.

Yes, you can use CSS to hide the employee select box, and then the employees will be chosen randomly.
