Our application is created to be one-page steps, but the customers must follow the procedure in order to make a booking.

Unfortunately we do not have this option at the moment, it is not possible to add images for the extras right now.
3.
Yes, you can use CSS to hide the employee select box, and then the employees will be chosen randomly.
