In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

How do I embed the Calendar of just events onto a page of the website?
How do I duplicate an event (I have 24 events to create that will have minor changes to them - it would really save a lot of work to be able to duplicate them).
Is there a Facebook group for Amelia owners? If so, I would like to join.
Do I have to have my purchase code every time I need to ask you a question? Is being logged in not enough?
OK - I found the page that explained adding the short code so my events can be seen on the front end. Yay.
But, is there a way to force a whole calendar to show just events in a 7days across format? Not just the line by line of the events scheduled? I do love that too though.
AND very crucial - is the question about duplicating events (please please please).

The only way events can be shown on the front-end in Amelia is in a list - there isn't a possibility of showing them in a calendar, unfortunately. There are calendar like booking forms in Amelia - but for services only.
There isn't a possibility of duplicating events with Amelia's current feature,s unfortunately. Please check out here if there is such request and vote for it. This is in our to-do list for future implementations, but for now it isn't planned so we can't say when it could be implemented.

Yes, you need to apply the purchase code, this is how Ticksy works, and it can't be changed unfortunately.
