I just bought your plugin and it looks mostly wonderful.
Why doesn't the event load in the pop-up, that appears in screen when scrolling down? I really hope this is possible, as my design doesn't have a quick other solution. It does seem to load correctly in the normal page lay-out.
And is it possible to change the time format to 00:00 - 23:59 ? We don't really use AM and PM in The Netherlands.
Does this "We added a shortcode for the popup - it needs to have the ID of the button that is calling the popup, so this is how one of the shortcodes should look like in the Elementor pop-up:
[ameliabooking trigger=amelia-button-id]
so if the button ID is 1 it will be:
[ameliabooking trigger=1]
So, you create a PopUp and set this shortcode in the popup, you will see the option Load booking form manually when you create Amelia shortcode, where you need to provide the button's ID, please look at the attachment." also work if the pop-up is triggered by On Scroll To Element? (See attachment)
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, the method described in the other post doesn't seem to work.
And do you want me to make other tickets for the other questions I have?
When you setup (design) the pop up in Elementor are you adding a section for the shortcode, for example html that would be required for the shortcode to work? So if you are using one of the templates add a html section or shortcode element and then add the shortcode to this and see if it helps.
By the way, I am not support, simply a user like you but thought that I maybe able to help while everyone is on holidays.
I tried that already, but the Amelia event simply won't load if I place the shortcode / Amelia widget in the pop-up, that's the main reason why I made the ticket in the first place.
I made a little video the show you what happens.
However, what you can't see in the video is that the Amelia event loads perfectly fine if I place the shortcode / Amelia widget in the page (instead of in the pop-up).
What I want is this: the pop-up shows on the On Scroll To Element trigger with the Amelia event showing in it, without needing another trigger by clicking on a button or something.
I think the solution provided in this thread requires a click action to make it appear.
Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, Friday was a non-working day and we don't work on weekends.
Glad to see you managed to find a work-around for your issue, thank you for letting us know.
There was a conflict between Amelia and the Elementor pop-up, it didn't work in a pop-up, and the solution your fellow user, Mike, sent from the other ticket, is what we implemented to Amelia in one of the versions and what needs to be setup for the popup to work with Amelia. This is done for a button on click pop-up option, so I am not sure if and how it could work with the On Scroll to Element option, unfortunately.
Mike, thank you for helping out.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.

And is it possible to list all the dates of an event, instead of separated by commas. Ideally I'd want each date on its own separate line.
Or is there another way for customers to get an overview for the available dates of an event? In my case it's a training given on different dates.
Thank you!
Hi Steven,
Check out https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2038865/ for the popup

I see, thanks for helping me!

I don't think I can delete this ticket, but I solved it with a work-around.
Thanks anyway Mike!
