I can't found a completed information abuot coupons placeholder in your web site, I don't understand very well the logic to use it, I read some chatse from the tickets, but I only found some placeholders like this %coupon_1%.
Basically, if you have a coupon created, you can add it in your emails, so your customers can use the coupon for the next purchase.
You can also set the notification interval, so the coupon is sent to your customers after a certain amount of appointments have been booked.
If you don't find what you're looking for on our documentation, please explain to me what it is exactly you'd like to know, and I'll explain it to you in detail.
If you have 50 coupons, you will need to find the coupon you need in the Notifications' Placeholders list:
As you can see, I have only one coupon, so it is shown as %coupon_1%, and it shows which coupon it is, and which discount it provides.
Since you configure this coupon to be sent after 10 successful bookings, you can add it to the Appointment Approved template, but it will not be sent until the 10th booking is complete.
So, there are no "kinds" of placeholders. There's only one kind - the coupon placeholder, which is defined by the number of the coupon. If you have 10 coupons, and 7th coupon is to be sent after 5 appointments, you'd most likely use %coupon_7%. You need to find them in the list.
If you've upgraded to v3.0.1, you'll need to extract the files from the attached file in these two locations because there's a bug with Coupon placeholders not being shown in the Placeholder list:

Not, your documentation is not completed with all the information I need.
I would like to set a coupon that the final customer will recived after 10 appoinments, the questions are:
what kind of place holder i need to use in the email?
after that, if I need create conteporaneatly another coupon for example for 5 appoinments, what kind another placeholder I need to use in that case?
This are the information that according to me lacks in the documentation you linked me.
That depends on the coupon, Raphael.

../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/js/chunks/
../wp-content/plugins/src/Application/Services/Placeholder/
When you extract that, you'll be able to see your existing coupons in the list.
