Hi, I'm looking at purchasing Amelia. I've been using a copy from another developer to play around with before I purchase my own licence, but I have a question. When a user creates an account through the Amelia pages, it doesn't create them a user within WordPress, meaning users will have to have 2 separate logins for the website I am planning to create. Is there a solution to this?
Hi Jack,
Thanks so much for your interest in Amelia.
There's an option for creatin WP users automatically when creating Amelia customer, this way they have just one login for the backend. You can enable this option in Settings > Roles Settings, like on this image> https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuZBXmW
Hope this helps and let me know if you have further questions.
Hi, I understand that, as it does work, only when a user is created in Amelia first. If the user is created in wordpress first, then they have to re-register to use the amelia system. Please advise further
HI Jack,
If the user is created first in WP in order to assign some Amelia role to that user, you will need to manually add user role to that user.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
