We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    For booking tennis courts and other facilities, does the plugin allow the user to select a start and end time. We want users to be able to choose anywhere from a 30 minute to 4 hour court reservation with start and end times of their choosing on quarter hours instead of predetermined increments of time.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for your interest in Amelia. 

    All the time slots are predefined, based on the service duration. There's no option for the customer to choose the duration. 

    However, there are two options that work for some use-cases. You can make different services, for example, '1-hour service', '3-hour service' and so on. 

    The other option is to make one service and add Extras to it, you can make '30 minutes Extras', '1-hour Extras' and so on that customer can add when booking. Extras are adding duration to the appointment, you can also define the price for extra if you want, and the quantity.

    For example, I am the customer and I am choosing the service that lasts an hour, I am adding 3 x Extras of 30 minutes and I am actually booking the appointment that lasts 2.5h.
