Looking for a booking add on to address complex scheduling and booking purchase variants.

I'm making a website for a dance studio that rents studio space by the hour. The thing is the hours can be bundled in various packages. 1) 1 hour on a given date. Let's say 9a-10p on Tuesday Jan 5, 2021 2) weekly same day and hour: 9a-10a every Tuesday (starting on Jan 5, 2021) 3) bi-weekly same day and hour: 9a-10a every Tuesday (starting on Jan 5, 2021) Is there a way to prevent double booking by tying these products together somehow? Purchasing any one of these should prevent product availability for the other options where the specific dates match.

Also, what payment gateways does this integrate? Is Square an option?
