We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

We are a startup company based in Costa Rica. We provide home service of teacher and nurse to newborn and toddlers.

Basically we have a staff of professionals which rotate on a regular basis to all our clients.

On a normal day we service 30-40 clients.

Our two assistants have been keeping the daily control with a normal agenda (the ones printed). But with 30-40 clients is getting out of control.

I have created 1 day (Dec 15th) into Google Calendar to help you understand the difficulties of visualization. Even in Google Calendar.

My intention looking for a software like Amelia if first to get a better visualization than what Google Calendar does (or any other calendar) and second, manage better our clients. Is Amelia able to help us with this?

I'm attaching a print screen of Google Calendar.

    Many thanks

    Hi Luis Gabriel,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

I suppose that this is possible in our plugin, you just need to know few limitations regarding Google calendar synchronisation and appointment management.

As I can see from the calendar that you provided, your appointments are overlapping. In our plugin to be able to have appointments in the same time you need to create multiple employees. Each employee can handle one appointment for some defined time frame. The only option to allow multiple bookings at the same time is if you set maximum capacity for service and employee larger than 1. That would mean that multiple customers can schedule the same time frame, for example from 9am to 1pm. However, if you need the ability for other customer to choose a time from 10am to 12pm, that overlaps partially the appontment from 9am to 1pm then this second appointment would need to be assigned to different employee.

As for the Google calendar, each employee can be connected to one Google calendar, but if you connect all employees to the same Google calendar then once one appointment is added, the other employees would become unavailable for the same time slot since Google has option to remove busy time slots from Amelia. This can be customized if you turn off option "Remove busy time slots" and then multiple appointments would be able to be added in the same calendar.

    Best regards.
