We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I'm trying to match orders in woocommerce with appointments in amelia.

I can do this by using an export orders plugin and I can list amelia booking fields (including custom fields).  The problem is, when an appointment is rescheduled in amelia that is not saved anywhere.  So when i do the export, i can only see the original appointment details, not the updated as i wanted.

Is there a way i can see all the appointments that have been rescheduled?

    Thanks and happy holidays!

    Hi João,

I am not sure how that plugin works, but If you export the appointments they will have information they have at the moment of exporting - there isn't probably a possibility of that exported file (or whatever it is) to be changed when appointments are rescheduled in Amelia - there isn't such connection/integration.

You can check out the Web hooks feature in Amelia. With it there is a trigger when appointments are booked, and when they are rescheduled, so maybe you can use it to achieve what you need.

    Happy holidays!

    Hi Marija,

Thanks for the reply.  I know my explanation was not the best so, trying to simplify, I was just trying to say that there's no connection in the Wordpress database between an Amelia appointment and a Woocommerce order.  The only connection that exists is some metadata that is passed from Amelia to Woocommerce at the time the appointment is made. That makes it impossible to match a rescheduled appointment with a Woocommerce order.

Nonetheless, I found a workaround for what I was trying to do so it's ok.

    Thanks,

    João

    Hi João,

    You are welcome.

There isn't such integration between Amelia and WooCommerce with which Woo orders can be changed when you reschedule appointments in Amelia, unfortunately.

Glad to see you managed to find some workaround, thank you for letting me know.
