I just responded to your email, but I'll copy my response here as well:
This usually happens if you booked an appointment from front-end while still logged into back-end as an administrator. When that happens, your administrator account is linked to the customer, and since the customer doesn't have enough capabilities to see services, you do create a new service, but you can't see it. If you can see a customer in the Customers section, which has the same email as your admin, you will need to either delete that customer, or change his email address. After that you should be able to see all services.
