We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
We have a big issue when trying to modify my working hours as employee.
I will work on different hours/days from march. The system doesn't allow to decide such a switch in the dates.
We tried to duplicate my employee acount but seems to make the matter worse and really clumsy.
Why Amelia doesn't support such a basic issue? Did I miss something? Is there a solution?
Thanks
Best regards
Hello Edouard,
Thank you for your purchase.
The employees' work hours are set on a weekly basis in Amelia, and there isn't a way of configuring them on some period of time per se. But you can try with the Special days feature - this feature is there if you want to override the employees work hours on some dates - to have different availability for the employee rather than the one set in the employees' work hours on the dates for which you create the Special day. There are users who use only the special days to set the availability, without employees' work hours configured at all, this isn't what they are intended to , but you can try that out if it is suitable for your use case.
If you have any other questions or issues feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
