Hi - I have gone to edit my services and they are all not there. However, when I go to the front end of my site they are still visible. Can you please advice? I need to make some amendments.
This is the same for my events. I can see customers, employees, calendar and locations but I can't see events or services, even though the services are there and still visible.
It can be that , if you tested booking or accessed the panels while logged in to the WP back-end as an admin, another role was added to your user - customer or employee - so you have now mixed permissions in Amelia. You can create a new WordPress user with an admin role and login in with it and see if then you will be able to see services and events in the back-end of Amelia. If you can see them with this user, this is the case.
To resolve this for your old admin user, please check in your customers list on Amelia -> Customers page if there is a customer with your WP user's email address, if there is delete it and check if you can see services and events then. If this doesn't help , then you need to re-create your WP user or access your database, the wp_amelia_users table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database) and edit your user - delete any additional roles, leaving only the admin one.
I have a new problem that now some of the emails aren't sending that were before only yesterday was it working fine - are these issues related? The event booked email is not being sent. I have tested emails from my site and the test is working, the woo commerce ones are also being received. I have checked my junk and they aren't in there either.

No, the two issues can't be connected. Could you tell me what is the Mail service option you have chosen in Amelia -> Settings -> Notifications? We don't recommend using PHP Mail , as the emails can end up in Junk/Spam or can take some time to be sent, so if you have that option, please try another one if you don't want to have this issue.
You should follow instructions for setting this up. If you use SMTP it can be used with Gmail like we provided an example for or any other mail service provider, but you need to have a configuration they need for that. Sometimes using SMTP for some providers like Gmail or similar is not supported by the hosting/server. So you need to check this out with them as well, what configuration is needed for SMTP sending emails on your servers.
If you have some other plugin for this purpose, sending emails/ SMTP, on your website, then you need to choose WP Mail as a Mail service in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails.

Please help! I've set up a flow to send people an email based on me receiving that email so I need to ensure it is working.
I assume you are referring to the employee notification for events - if that is correct , could you please go to the event created and check if your employee (with your email address) is added there as Staff? If it isn't add it, and then you will receive these notifications, and if it is please just remove it, add it and save the event again to see if this would solve the issue.
