We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

So currently, you can only display the filters above (all the way on top), or at the bottom.
Is there a way to customize when, how, etc the filters are displayed?

    1) the filters are big and bulky, etc.  IF needed, that is okay? BUT if user doesn't need to filter... they are in the way, not pretty.

    2) I use the global search... that is great. nice, simple, easy, clean... BUT if filters are displayed, the global search gets lost :(

    3) best case:  have a toggle to display the filters and ALLOW us to easily customize the filter 'style'

    thanks

PS. also, please allow a simple, easy way to customize the global search input  style.

    Hello Larry

You can include filters in the header, in the footer, or in a modal above the table.

    1. If you don't need filters, you can disable filtering in Sorting & Filtering tab above the table.

    2. Again, if you don't need them, you can disable filtering.

    3. Unfortunately something like this can't be achieved. You can either show filters, or hide them. You can, however, choose which columns will be filterable, so if you don't need filters for all columns, you can disable filters for some columns.

Global search is working in only one way - it looks for what you type, when you type it, and there's no way to change that, I'm afraid.

    Kind Regards,
