I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can only save the new data from the Excel sheet (without headers) in CSV format, find the manual table in your database, and then import that CSV file into that table.
I have already created an edittable table manually.
How can I now import data in this table from an excel sheet?
