Specifically, I would like to use the calendar tool to schedule Zoom meetings. I have successfully linked a Zoom account and added the Zoom host/join placeholders to the email notifications. However, the %zoom_host_url% and %zoom_join_url% codes do not work. Even when I add them, the zoom link is not included in the email notification. How can I make it work such that the email notification includes the Zoom link?
Configuring Zoom in Amelia settings is not enough to send emails to your employees and customers.
You need to connect your employees to their Zoom accounts, and Zoom needs to be enabled in Service settings. If you're working with Events, you need to select the Zoom user when creating the event.
So, make sure your employees are connected to the Zoom user, and make sure your Services have Zoom enabled in Service/Settings/Integrations.
Also, you cannot test the placeholders with the Test Email - an actual appointment/event needs to be created in order for this to work.
Amelia doesn't have a native integration with Elementor, but it does work normally with it.
Hello,
Is Amelia compatible with Elementor Pro?
