Unfortunately, you can only do that in Excel-like editor by copying and pasting a range of cells.
To import data into manual tables, you would also be able to save the rows you want to import in a CSV file (without headers), then navigate to this table in the database (manual tables are saved as wp_wpdatatable_# in the database), and importing that CSV file directly in the table in the database.
