There isn't a possibility of using Bancontact payments in Stripe with the current Stripe integration in Amelia, unfortunately. I will add this as a feature request to our list, and you can also check if there is such request here and vote for it, or suggest it if there isn't one.
You can check out the WooCommerce integration, if you can maybe achieve what you need with it.
