In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is it possible that the customer login comes with the confirmation dialog together? I want use the amelia search without a logged customer but the confirmation of the booking will force the creation of a customer account.
So I understand the setting: Automatically create Amelia Customer user
In the moment if I am not logged as an customer, the booking hangs in a "please wait" loop.

I found the issue in the trace, the server response wrote "emailadress is already used" or simelar. Ok, now it works. Please add an unser friendly error in the backend.
I still have the issue that ultimate member logins which I used for the website is seperate from Amelia.
But the employee profile is not enough i need some additional informations inside. Any idea.

Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
Glad to see you managed to find a solution to the issue you had, thank you for letting us know. Thank you for the suggestion, I will forward it to our developers. There should be an error message regarding this when you create the users in the back-end, but in your case maybe with the automatically creating a customer , this didn't show.
There isn't a possibility of adding more fields (custom fields) to employees' profiles in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately.
