Hi,
I have a multisite with amelia installed. However, it's not possible to update Amelia. Could you please tell me why? I have bought this Amelia Developper license, so I tought it should be possible?
By the way: it is activated on both subsites.

What domain/subdomain is this, Laurent? Is it listed in the screenshot I shared below?
If it is, that means that the license is active, and since it's Network Activated, you should be able to update it on your main domain, and it will automatically be updated on all subdomains.
You can also try updating it through Dashboard/Updates. If that doesn't work, please provide me a temporary wp-admin user (administrator), and FTP access credentials, so we can debug the plugin and see what's going on.
Remember this is a public ticket, so enable the Private response again.
