I've updated to Amelia Version 2.9.3 and I have enabled the option "Send ics file in the notifications" in Settings > General and it works. However, how do you add the location and some notes such as insturctions ie what to bring to your appointment...etc in the ics file? Is this possible? If not can the message from the "Appointment Approved" notification be added to the ics file?
Unfortunately, you cannot configure what's going to be added to the customer's calendar event. Our developers will be working on it in the future, but at the moment, it only contains basic info about the appointment.

Hello Kahlil
Unfortunately, you cannot configure what's going to be added to the customer's calendar event. Our developers will be working on it in the future, but at the moment, it only contains basic info about the appointment.

No worries. Is there a way I can at least hardcode the location for the time being? Where is the code for the ics file located?
Hi again Kahlil.
I'm not sure that you'll be able to do this, but here's where it's located:
../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Booking/IcsApplicationService.php
