We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
i wonder if you could help me, i love your product and i have a client with it installeed, and i am considering gettin git for myself, we have a barber. I looked in her system and there are a couple of things that are needed for it to work with us:
1 - we need to allow people to book more than one person (i know i can with Amelia) however we need for example if they booking 3 people we need the service TIME to be multiplied by 3 and those slots become unavaible in booking, at the moment she has multiple people per booking but they all take 1x the service time and not the amount of people in the booking, it does multiply the price but not the time and that is important for us.
2- we need to not show any prices on services, as they can be variable, is that possible?
kindest regards
Jorge
HI Jorge,
Thank you for your inquire.
1.
For this case you can use Extras, so in that case when they choose extra the time will be added to the duration of the main service.
2
You can use CSS in this case, if you have page where the booking form is, please send it to me, so I can give you a proper CSS code to hide the price of the services.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
