Hi, i want to view a .xlsx file with pivot tables on my wordpress site.
The file inside is composed of two sheets, for simplicity we call them sheet 1 and sheet 2.
- Sheet 1 can be viewed by any user and contains various columns of data and information, many of which (columns) contain filters.
- Sheet 2, on the other hand, is password protected so that it cannot be viewed by anyone because it contains all the formulas needed to create the data that can be viewed in sheet one. This is an example code ID INFO.DATI.TAB.PIVOT ("VALORE 2016"; $ A $ 8; "AGENT"; "PIPPO"; "PROVINCE"; "MILAN"; "PRODUCT"; "PAPERINO Bottle. 30 ml . ";)
Is it possible to import it through your plugin into a web page of my wordpress site?
if it is a problem to load an xlsx file with 2 internal sheets I can also try to put the formulas and filters within the same sheet and hide them.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can't import a file that has multiple sheets. That is - you can, but only the first sheet will be imported, so you'll need to split them up into two Excel files.
Another thing is that no formatting, formulas, and styles can be carried over from Excel into wpDataTables. You would need to create custom formulas within wpDataTables, but please note that formulas we have are not the same as in Excel, nor can they be nearly as complex.
You can take a look at our documentation, but I don't believe our plugin will suit you.
