We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, 

    I am inquiring about purchasing the software directly from your site vs from google's instance of Wordpress.  The pricing there and here is drastically different.  So i would like to know what happens after I purchase the subscription here, do i get a link that I can apply to my Google workspace or do I get a plugin zip package that I can deploy on in my google workspace.


    Also when there is an update do i need to update manually or will it be automatic assuming my WordPress is in a google instance?

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "Google's instance of WordPress" - can you show me what price you see, and where you see it?

    The pricing on our website is shown on our pricing page, and when you purchase the plugin from our website, you'll get a download link where you can download the plugin from right away, and install it through a regular WordPress plugin installation. You'll also receive a purchase code, and access credentials for our store, where you can download the plugin from as many times as you'd like.

    If you activate the purchase code in wpDataTables settings, the plugin will update automatically when there's a new update available.
