Hi,
I'm a bit lost in whether I should use events or appointments for the following.
Building a booking website for a spiritual center. They offer 1-on-1 sessions so it's clear I should define these as a service.
They also offer different kind of yoga classes. For instance every Monday from 9h - 20h Slow Yoga, every Tuesday from 9 - 10 another kind. --> should I define these as a service and assign a teacher to it with a timetable limited to these hours or is this a typical case of a recurring event?
Thanks for your guidance!
Some more information:
Customers must be able to register for a course that will take place for instance every Monday from 19h +-21h for a period of for instance 3 months.
What is the best way to set this up so that a customer subscribes for the whole length at once? Will they get reminder mails for every day of the course?
Hello Christophe
Thank you for your purchase.
Personally, I'd go with Services. There are a lot more options in them, then in Events.
With services, though, people will be able to book a time slot in your employee's working hours. So, depending on the service's duration, they will be able to book 1 or more time slots.
Amelia doesn't have subscription feature included, and the only workaround would be using recurring appointments. Your customers will be able to choose how many appointments they want to attend.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
