In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    All other pages load fast except the page where I call Amelia booking. I am using W3 Total Cache. Kindly let me know any resolution.

    I already have opened a support ticket and I get one response in 24 hours. It's been 3 days and I got 2 responses from Marija. 

    My website loads fast on all pages but only where I have shortcode it takes 34 seconds to load the page. My Ticket number is "#2680691". 

    Can you help?

    Hi Saqib,

    I apologize for your waiting. We don't work over the weekends and I have checked with the support, your issue has been forwarded to our development team so they can investigate what causes this issue and if there is a solution for it, so this can take a while since it is an investigation task. 

    We are giving our best to answer as soon as possible but we receive large number of tickets and we answer them by the order of arrival.
