I already have opened a support ticket and I get one response in 24 hours. It's been 3 days and I got 2 responses from Marija.
My website loads fast on all pages but only where I have shortcode it takes 34 seconds to load the page. My Ticket number is "#2680691".

I apologize for your waiting. We don't work over the weekends and I have checked with the support, your issue has been forwarded to our development team so they can investigate what causes this issue and if there is a solution for it, so this can take a while since it is an investigation task.
