Good day, I have a question about a recurring booking and the coupon that goes with it. if a customer books 10 units, he should receive a free coupon for the 11th unit. That works too. Question 1: when are the units counted? From the creation of the voucher? Question 2: I have created a 100% voucher. One is sent every 10th booking. The voucher is valid 3 times in total. If the customer now receives the voucher after the first 10 bookings, he can use it 3 times, so he has the next 3 bookings free. I don't want that like that. To get around this, I have to set the voucher to a maximum of 1 use. Now the problem arises that customer 1 currently has 6 bookings, customer 2 has just completed the 10th booking and receives the free voucher. Customer 2 buys another 10 units and I have to create a new coupon for him, as the old one is only valid once. However, this means that the first coupon for customer 1 is lost, since there are currently 6 bookings. The whole thing doesn't work that way. You have to insert a voucher that is automatically created for each customer and after use a new voucher must be created automatically so that the customers cannot send their vouchers to each other or put them online. Do you have a solution for me?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Q1: The plugin counts the emails that have been sent (approved or pending appointments), and is sending the coupon after the defined number is reached.
Q2: There's a maximum usage limit per customer:
So, you can set the max usage to "3", and maximum usage per customer "1", so each customer will be able to use the coupon once. Basically, 3 customers will be able to use this coupon.
Unfortunately, a coupon can't be automatically created per customer. I understand your point, but at the moment this is the only solution we have to offer.
Hello and thanks for the answer. What if the first customer books 10 units for the second time? then he receives the voucher for the second time, but can only use it once. And he already has.
Unfortunately, Christoph, that's a limitation I don't have a workaround for.
The only solution here would be to create multiple coupons which would have a usage limit, so once one coupon is used, another one is sent to the customer.
I'll forward this as a feature suggestion to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Yes, Christoph, that'd work because the coupon is sent only after a certain number of appointments were already booked, and once the coupon expires, it will no longer be sent to the customer, but another coupon will be visible.

Ok thanks.
How does it work to get multiple coupons into one mail?
Do i put several placeholders for the coupons into the mail?
Like that:
Hello Customer,
.....
%coupon_11% %coupon_12% %coupon_13% %coupon_14% %coupon_15%
...
Thanks for your booking.
Does that work?
