Google API for agency

    Hi,

I am an agency and for my clients I implement Amelia in their websites. I want it to be as easy as possible for my clients, so I want to make the connection with Google API and Outlook API for them.

At first, I created a new API for every customer. This was very time-consuming and felt not necessary.

So I started to add my customers URL to my API.

Now Google says my API-app has to be validated. Therefore every domain in my API has to be verified by Google. Of course I can do this, but before I do this I'd like to have your advice.

What is the best approach that you would suggest for my use-case?

Of course, I have the same question for the Outlook API.

    Looking forward to your reaction.

    Kind regards,

    Sander Wielemaker

    Hello Sander

I'm not sure that I follow what you're doing.

Are you following our guide from the Documentation? If you are, then you will need to create only one APP, and add all your websites' domains in the Oauth section - in the Redirect URI.

So, one APP can be used in multiple websites, you simply need to add URIs from Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar (or Outlook calendar) in there.

Then, you need to connect the employees to their Google (or Outlook) calendars, and that's it.

    Kind Regards,
