At the moment, there's no way to delete tags you've previously created through the plugin's interface. We will add it in the future, but for now - if you wish to delete the tags - you need to do it from wp_amelia_events_tags database table.
As for the second question - if I understood correctly, you want to hide the tag and the date filter, and only show events, like this:
That can be done by adding this custom CSS on the page:
Where can I delete "tag1", "tag2" etc? Can't find it.
And what If I just want a list of events without calendar and tags? Just a simple list? I there a shortcode parameter I can use?
