How can I EXCLUDE a certain time block each day? For example: 12:00-13:00.
I want to exclude lunch time, so that people cannot make an appointment during lunch time :-)

You can add breaks to your employees' working hours:
Just click on the "+" sign next to "Apply to all days", select "Breaks" and add a break. Then, you can click on Apply to All Days if you want to do that for all days for that employee.
