We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
there are two charts which are not visible on my site (if i use the following table function). Can you please have a look?
You can see the problem on the live page:
https://kvits.de/hh2021/#reports
The reports in the box 3 and 4 are using a table and down below there should be the used chart.
Thanks in advance
Markus
Hello Markus.
As far as I can see, both boxes (3 and 4) show charts normally (see attachments).
If you can't see them, please try deleting cache from your website and browser.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
thanks for testing. What Browser do you use? I´ve tested it on many computers with different browser and smartphones...i´ve deleted the cache. Always the same. Do you have the possibility to test it on another device?
Markus
Hi again Markus
I'm using Chrome on Linux, but it also works on my Android phone, and on Apple Air (attachments).
They don't seem to work on Firefox, though, and there's an error message in the console there:
Uncaught TypeError: wdtObj is undefined
I've forwarded this to one of our developers, and as soon as I hear back from him I will let you know.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

There's a bug with Firefox, actually. If you're using "follow table filtering", the charts don't appear in Firefox.
Our developers will take a look at it, and hopefully it will be fixed in the next update. There's an update scheduled for tomorrow, but they won't have the time to include the fix in there.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Markus. There's a temporary fix for this:
Please go to wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/wdt.chartsRender.js and on line 2 you'll see this:
Replace that with this:
And turn off "Use minified wpDataTables Javascript" in wpDataTables settings/Custom JS and CSS tab, and it should work fine.

Hi again Markus
We haven't yet released a new update, since the last one from December.
This fix will be included in the next update, which should roll out in a week or two.
Kind Regards,
